Custom impacts are impacts on indigenous custom, culture and tradition.
Examples of custom impacts include:
- Affecting a tabu site
- Affecting sites declared as a national heritage. This includes historical, ethnological, archaeological and artistic sites, sites formally registered under the Preservation of Sites and Artifacts Act [CAP 39] and sites not formally registered.
